  1. Plank
  2. Side Plank
  3. Side Crunch

  1. Side Crunch + Active Legs (15-20 reps each side)
  2. Hip Raise (12-15 reps)
  3. Crossed Legs Crunch (10 one side, 10 the other side, 10 straight)
