Why training with the water jar is beneficial for you?

Because it is unstable, due to water inside of it, it is more difficult to control, therefore it gives you an advantage of developing not only the muscle fibers, but also a proprioceptors - sensory receptors in muscles, joint capsules and surrounding tissues, that signal information to the central nervous system about position and movement of body parts, for example the angle at a joint or the length of a muscle. Which in turn also improves your balance and coordination.

So don't sweat it if you don't have any gym equipment at home, water jars and water bottles will be PLENTY!
