When we’re stressed, we eat chocolate (all foods high in sugar), because it makes us happy for a short moment, then there is so called “sugar crush”, which makes us feel like trash, let’s be honest. If you exercise, when stressed, instead of going for chocolate, you'll be able to promote a long lasting endorphins response in your brain, without crashing. One vigorous exercise session can help alleviate anxiety for hours, and a regular schedule may significantly reduce it over time.
